Hotfix: Resource Area tweaks

A few changes in resource area.
Content
- Rock respawn timers are halved inside the Resource Area (for example runite 6 min instead of 12)
- Tree respawn timers are halved inside the Resource Area
Bug Fix
- A mistake has been corrected where Copper Rocks was added in place of Iron Rocks (reported by 3vil)
- Fixed the "Defeat Bandos" and "Defeat Zamorak" diary tasks not counting kills (reported by Tedi)
