Shooting Stars world event: stars crash roughly every 90 minutes at one of 37 landing sites across the world

Crashed stars can be mined for stardust, 32 Mining experience per stardust

Celestial ring: +4 invisible Mining boost, and a 1/10 chance of an extra ore while charged

Bag full of gems: 40 noted uncut gems on the OSRS distribution

Torag's set effect: Defence increases by 0.5% per 1% of Hitpoints missing

Torag's hammers now hit twice per attack, each hit rolling independently against half the max
-
Karil's set effect: 10% chance for ranged attacks to hit twice, the second for half damage

Bug Fix

Barrows equipment now degrades while ranging and casting, not only in melee combat

NPCs can no longer be thieved as they die

Dropping a chargeable item now removes the correct item when carrying several with different charges

Fixed a bug where UIM could not get back the amulet to enter temple of ikov after quest completion.
